I know what it feels like to be stuck - to feel like you have no choices.

If you're like me, you've felt the weight of responsibilities that you couldn’t put down. Maybe you’ve wondered if anyone, or anything, could help you break free from the rut.

Because it doesn’t make sense to have your dream life just beyond reach, and still feel like you can’t touch it.

After 30 years in corporate life, I chose the open road and now I help women reinvent retirement with clarity, courage, and purpose.

I needed space. I needed to hear myself again.

When I returned to Montreal, I wrote a book about the journey and the lessons I uncovered. I studied at Coach Academy, earned my ACC credential and recently, the PCC credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and became certified as a Code MODEL Coach through the WEL-Systems Institute™.

Now, I guide others through powerful transitions — retirement and beyond — helping them reimagine what life can look like when it’s finally on your terms.

I’m your guide in a creative, thought-provoking process that unlocks your potential — and your next chapter.

Most Importantly, I learned how to thrive around the people that I love without losing myself.
